Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Guide Knowledge System (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta. This means features may change, and the service may experience interruptions. We provide the beta service “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your feedback during this period is valuable and helps us improve the platform.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you may request an export of Your Content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guide Knowledge System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
